Northeastern Montana, its rugged beauty, boundless plains and majestic skyline was always a source of inspiration for her.
She was preceded in death by her parents Erma and Bennie; stepfather, James Murphy; three husbands, Hank, Bernard and Duane; and sister, Betty Ohs.
Bernice is survived by her sister, Marilyn (Art) Wildhalm; children, Ben (Connie) Boreson and Scott (Myrtle) Boreson; four grandchildren, Brodie (Lindsey) Boreson, Bo (Crystal) Boreson, Jake (Shanda) Boreson and Emma (Andrew) Kuester; five great grandchildren, Sam, Brynlie, Bentley, Bree and Layla; and many nephews and nieces who will miss her.
Mary Ann lived with her parents in Richland at their home which was also their place of business, Squires Grocery, and rode the school bus to attend Special Education Classes taught by Mrs. Mary Ann loved to play Bingo and watching her ‘soaps’.
She and her folks spent many enjoyable hours at the Senior Center in both Opheim and Nashua playing bingo.

In the early 1950’s, Lois and family moved to Montana, living first in Billings, then Helena and finally settling in Glasgow in 1959, a move for which she was always grateful.
Lois graduated Roosevelt High School, Minneapolis, and on January 22, 1949, married Lynn D.
Mary Ann is survived by her sister Arlene (Lalon) Trang of Nashua, MT; nieces and nephews Roger (Terry) Trang of Nashua, MT, Kelly (Pamela) Trang of Pierz, Minnesota, Barbara (Mike) Castleman of Kalispell, MT, Thom (Dina) Trang of Dillon, MT, and Vicki (Justin) Heupel of Kalispell, MT; great-nieces and nephews Morgan, Jacob and Caleb Trang, Taylor Trang, Logan and Elia Castleman, Nathan, Mikaela, and Abigail Trang, Luke and Evan Heupel, Matthew (Melissa) Sontseng and their children Reese and Kellan Sonsteng and Jessica Sonsteng.

Donna Jeannine Cotter born September 6, 1936 to Bob and Edna (Dodson) Cotter of Malta, Montana and later of Glasgow, Montana, peacefully passed away at Faith Lutheran Home in Wolf Point Montana on October 16, 2017.
Preceding her in death are her parents Edna and Bob Cotter, and brother, Jerry Cotter.Family will receive friends at Bell Mortuary in Glasgow, Montana Friday October 20, 2017 from - p.m. (Lohman) Barrett age 90 passed away on Saturday, October 14, 2017 at Valley View Home in Glasgow, MT. He passed away from a fatal car accident on July 4, 1950. They lived on the Boreson farm in Tampico, west of Glasgow. They enjoyed visiting and celebrating with friends and neighbors through music, food and games. They lived on the farm until November of 1987 when they moved to Glasgow.
