After you have registered on their site they’ll ask you to complete what they call their Personality Questionnaire. The questions asked are designed to find out more about you, your personality, your hobbies, your values, as well as the usual hair and eye color.

That’s not to say that e Harmony does not work, it just seems to be more people are having success with Match. e Harmony basically automates this for you based on the results from your membership questionnaire, unfortunately sometimes you’ll end up with no matches at all and can’t do anything about it.
